Also includes administering limited medications, cleaning up pet messes (maintenance, not catch up!), litter boxes, and seriously generous amounts of love and affection. {This is when owners are in the area, and does not include home security services. 20-30 minute walk. Dogs over 20 pounds MUST be leash trained to walk on a slack leash, i.e. no pulling or lunging. See holiday note below}

“Drop-In” Services…………………………………………………………………………....$10.00**

{Drop-in visits for pets: Quick potty breaks for dogs. These are only offered for dogs within a 10 mile radius of Greenwood, LA. and a Mon-Fri contract, or in conjunction with vacation sits of at least two 30 minute visits per day. Mileage charges apply. See holiday note below

For homes with no pets: this includes bringing in mail/newspapers, taking trash in/out. Also includes changing interior/exterior lighting daily, raising/lowering blinds, watering indoor/outdoor plants, running water to show change on the meter. Gives that “lived-in” look. See holiday note below}

{For trips to the vet, groomer, etc. If you choose for me to remain with your pet, there is a charge of $10.00 per 30 minutes spent at the destination}

**Additional mileage, at a rate of $.25 per mile, is charged per visit, each way, for locations more than 10 miles from Greenwood, LA. I use Yahoo! Maps to compute mileage. Holiday Note

For Monday through Friday service: Holidays are not included in the weekly rate. If you require service on holidays, you will be charged the regular daily rate for that day, plus a holiday surcharge of $10.00

For vacation sits: There is a holiday surcharge of $10.00

The surcharges above apply to the following holidays:

New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

If there is a service you need that is not listed, please contact me. I will try my best to meet your specific requirements. Not every pet owner/pet and pet sitter will be a good match. In that case, I will provide information about other sitters or pet care options.

Additional notes

Keys and payment for first booking are required at the Meet and Greet. Keys will NOT be left at the home on the last day to ensure owners are not detained unexpectedly and the animals left unattended. Any additional visits required until the owners return will be charged at the daily rate, and payment for the additional days MUST be made when key is returned. Any additional trips to exchange keys will be charged $10.00 plus mileage.

Frequent clients normally leave a key with me for continued use. Keys will be controlled and secured, and NEVER marked with your name, address or phone number.
