Please make reservations at least 2 weeks in advance. Requests received without at least 2 weeks notice may be charged an additional $10.00.

Payment (cash, check or money order only) for services is due at the initial “Meet and Greet”. The Meet and Greet is free and will take 45-60 minutes. At this time your pets can get to know me, and we can discuss all the specific details about them.

Payment for continuing, daily (i.e. Monday through Friday) services is due the preceding Friday.

Reservations will not be accepted for the following dates:

January 26 through February 1, 2011

This is subject to change.

Refunds for cancellations will be made under the following circumstances:

Cancel 2 weeks in advance of starting date—100%

Cancel 1 week in advance of starting date—75%

Cancel up to the day before starting date—50%

Cancel day before starting date—25%

Cancel on starting date—no refund

Cancellation of continuing, daily (i.e. Monday through Friday) visits will be refunded back on the next weeks bill, at a rate of 50%.

I do realize sometimes things happen, and plans need to be changed. However, once I’ve blocked off time for your pet, chances are I’ve had to turn away other clients. I’ve tried to be fair when it comes to canceling.

No refunds for “early returns” on vacation sits.
