Text Box: Please make reservations at least 2 weeks in advance.  Requests received without at least 2 weeks notice may be charged an additional $10.00. 
Text Box: Payment (cash, check or money order only) for services is due at the initial “Meet and Greet”.  The Meet and Greet is free and will take 45-60 minutes.  At this time your pets can get to know me, and we can discuss all the specific details about them.

Payment for continuing, daily (i.e. Monday through Friday) services is due the preceding Friday.   

To reserve dates more than 3 months in advance, a $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required.  This deposit can be mailed, but dates will not be held until the deposit is received.  This $25.00 will be applied to your bill at the Meet and Greet, which must be done no later than 2 weeks prior to reserved date, or your reservation will be cancelled.

          Reservations will not be accepted for the following dates:

 

July 6 thru July 16, 2008

  (Pet sitters need downtime too!)

Text Box: Refunds for cancellations will be made under the following circumstances:

	Cancel 2 weeks in advance of starting date—100%
	Cancel 1 week in advance of starting date—75%
	Cancel up to the day before starting date—50%
	Cancel day before starting date—25%
	Cancel on starting date—no refund

Cancellation of continuing, daily (i.e. Monday through Friday) visits will be refunded back on the next weeks bill, at a rate of 50%. 

I do realize sometimes things happen, and plans need to be changed.  However, once I’ve blocked off time for your pet, chances are I’ve had to turn away other clients.  I’ve tried to be fair when it comes to canceling.

I do not give refunds for “early returns” on vacation sits.
